On 20 February 2026 at around 06:08 PM, I deposited an amount of ₹3300 from my SBI bank account number 61191580043, account holder name Mr. Govind Govi***, to my Goa Games account via Paytm UPI for playing games. The payment was successfully made from my Paytm UPI to the receiver UPI ID 80978826**@indianbk with reference number 397641517789, but the ₹3300 has still not been credited to my Goa Games UID 8532**. I attached the Bank Statement, and the password is GOVIN0508**** I contacted Goa Games customer support about this issue, but I did not receive a satisfactory solution and the amount is still missing from my game balance. I request that this ₹3300 deposit be immediately credited to my Goa Games UID 8532** as soon as possible, or that the issue be resolved urgently so I can use the amount for playing games as intended. I will also attach my payment proof and related screenshots to support this complaint.
