Goa Game Deposit Failed but Money Deducted from UPI Account

I made a deposit of ₹2000 to my Goa Game account on April 2, 2026, using the BHIM UPI app. The amount was successfully debited from my BHIM UPI account, and the transaction shows the reference/transaction ID 144923039908. However, this amount has still not been credited to my Goa Game wallet, and in the Goa Game deposit history it is now showing as “failed.”

Despite the money being deducted from my account, my Goa Game balance has not been updated, and I am unable to use the funds I deposited. I contacted Goa Game support and submitted a request, but they keep rejecting it, and I have not received any proper response or solution from their side.

I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that my missing ₹2000 be either credited to my Goa Game wallet or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be clearly informed about the status of this transaction with ID 144923039908.
