Goa Games Deposit Issue: My Deposit Has Not Still Received Yet

I play on Goa Games, and on 17 March at around 1:45 pm I made a successful deposit of 3000 using a payment app. Despite the transaction being successful on the payment side, the amount has still not been reflected in my Goa Games account, which is registered with game UID 2919***. I have submitted this issue multiple times through the website complaint section, but the system keeps showing that the money has not been received. I have already provided every proof requested, including a screenshot of the successful deposit, and when I was asked to upload a video recording of the transaction, I also provided that. Even after submitting all these documents and proofs, the deposit has not been credited. In addition, I tried to reach customer support through the live chat option. A bot responds for a few messages and then says that a live agent will join, but no agent actually joins the chat, so I have not received any proper support or explanation. I request that Goa Games urgently resolve this issue by either crediting the 3000 to my Goa Games account or refunding the full amount to my original bank/payment method as soon as possible, and I also expect a clear explanation of why this problem occurred despite a successful transaction and complete proof from my side.
