Getir's 50% Sausage Discount Turns Sour

On June 2nd, I made the most of Getir's fantastic 50% discount on sausages, a deal that is typically only available on Sundays. I received my order of six sausages, only to find that four of them had been improperly packaged and were filled with water.

I promptly submitted a request for a replacement, but despite several days passing and numerous interactions with customer service representatives, I am still encountering delays and evasive maneuvers. It's frustrating how the exchange process is taking so long, even though the products are readily available and can be delivered in just 15 minutes.
