Getir Taxi and BiTaksi Overcharging Customers

I wanted to reach out and share my frustration regarding the recent instances of price gouging by Getir Taksi and BiTaksi. These two companies have basically taken over the entire Istanbul taxi market, and are currently charging customers an extra ₺20 compared to the regular taxi fare.

I'm not exactly sure who's to blame for this mess - the local authorities or the higher-ups - but it better get sorted out pronto. Both citizens and taxi drivers are being negatively affected by this unjust practice.

If this problem isn't dealt with, it's bound to deteriorate. I'm really let down that the government hasn't said anything about this issue.

It's absolutely outrageous to charge ₺20 for a taxi that isn't right at the door. I'm not happy with the service I've been getting from Getir Taksi.
