Uber Driver Overcharged Me by Adding ₺20 Extra to the Meter Fare

After my trip, I saw that the driver had tacked on an extra ₺20 to the meter fare, which I didn’t see during the ride. I reached out to Uber about this extra charge, and they just said the fee was fair. I'm really confused about why I should keep using Uber if drivers can just add extra charges to the fare and I still have to pay that extra ₺30 booking fee. It just doesn't seem right to be hit with extra charges without a solid reason given. I’d like to ask Uber to refund the extra charge because this feels unfair and not right to me.
