Getir Kept Me Waiting 4 Hours for a Delivery from a Warehouse 3 Minutes Away

I have been waiting for 4 hours now for my delivery. The warehouse is 3 minutes away from my house with a vehicle. Despite several attempts to get an update, the only thing Getir live chat does is send copy-paste draft messages and say "We understand." There has been no real effort to resolve the issue or provide accurate delivery information. It feels like customers are left in the dark with no accountability from the company. It is ridiculous. Why do you even pay them? Hire more couriers with the money you spend on customer service. A chatbot can do the same job they do. Remember, 4 hours for a 3-minute drive. Not 1, not 2, not 3, 4 hours.
