On the evening of February 12, 2025, we ordered meatballs from Getir Büyük (Pendik), but what we received was unidentifiable—it was unclear if it was meat, offal, or something else entirely. The product was so questionable that I immediately threw it in the trash.
I was frustrated not only with Getir’s lack of quality control but also with myself for trusting them. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and I will never order from Getir again, no matter how many promotions they offer.
For those who have gotten used to the convenience of these services, my advice is to take a stand and stop supporting businesses that don’t respect their customers. We have become far too accepting of poor service! Getir, fix your quality standards!
