Gesmoda Denied My Legal Right to Return a Product
On November 3, 2025, I received my order from Gesmoda, which was a dress with the code G0904. However, the dress is too large for me, and the smaller size is out of stock. There is also no alternative product available in the store that I would like to exchange it for.
I paid 2,080 TL for my order by credit card. According to the Distance Sales Regulation under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, customers have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days without providing any justification. Despite this, when I contacted the company via WhatsApp to request a return, I was told, “We do not accept returns.”
My legal right has been denied, causing me inconvenience and a loss of time. I would like to state that I will initiate the necessary legal procedures, and I request that my return be accepted and the amount I paid be refunded to me.
