On October 4, 2024, I ordered a pair of Geox shoes in size 42.5. After placing the order, I received confirmation emails regarding both the order and payment. On October 13, I received another email stating my order had been shipped. However, when I recently tried to log into the site, it indicated my password was incorrect. Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous complaints online suggesting this may not be Geox's official site.
The website lacks any contact information or options for cancellation or modification, leaving me with no way to address this issue directly. I urgently request a thorough investigation and a solution to this problem, as I need assurance and a refund if my order won’t be delivered.
