Geolocation Pro Subscription Issue With Unexpected Charge

I recently subscribed to the Geolocation Pro service through their website and was unexpectedly charged 13,000 Sri Lankan Rupees on 15 October 2026 via my debit card. I was not aware that the subscription cost would be this high, and the service is not useful for me. I did not receive any receipt or payment confirmation email from the company and I was not clearly informed about the total amount I would be charged. This is the first time I am trying to resolve the issue, and I have not yet been able to contact support or cancel the subscription through their systems. I request that the 13,000 Sri Lankan Rupees charged to my debit card be fully refunded and that my Geolocation Pro subscription be cancelled immediately so that I am not charged again in the future.
