I purchased the 3-month GeForce Now Performance Package with high expectations, but since day one, I’ve faced serious visual problems that make the service almost unusable. In particular, the color distortion in games—especially in white and red tones—gets worse in the evening. When I move the mouse, colors blend and shift, ruining the gameplay experience and making it nearly impossible to play.
I tried everything: reinstalling the game, optimizing graphics settings, checking my internet connection, but nothing helped.
I used your service about a year ago, and the performance was much better then. It’s disappointing to see the quality decline instead of improve.
You clearly aren’t addressing user feedback or improving service quality. I feel I’m not getting the value for my money. Please fix this issue immediately or refund my package. I expect prompt action.
