Visionfy Unauthorized GCash Charge and Refund Request

Today, October 2, 2026 at around 1:00 a.m., an amount of 699 was taken from my GCash account for a payment related to Visionfy without my knowledge or consent. I did not create any account with Visionfy, did not subscribe to any of their services and did not approve this transaction in any way. I noticed the unauthorized charge in my GCash transaction history and saw a payment of 699 on October 2, 2026 going to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, which appears to be connected to Visionfy. Since I never requested or used any service from this company, I consider this payment completely unauthorized. I am requesting one clear solution: a full and immediate refund of the 699 that was taken from my GCash account without my consent, to be processed as soon as possible.
