VCREATION Cloud Technology Charged My GCash Account ₱699 Without Consent

I am a GCash user in the Philippines and I recently experienced an unauthorized deduction involving HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. On October 25, 2026 at 10:12:17, an amount of ₱699.00 was charged to my GCash account with Reference Number 074355410 and Merchant Order ID 2026102519074101000380079133960. I received a text message that a payment was successful, and when I checked my GCash balance, I saw that my money was automatically reduced even though I did not knowingly subscribe to or purchase any service from this merchant. I do not know what specific product, subscription, or service this charge is for, and I did not intentionally authorize any recurring or one‑time payment to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. I also could not find this transaction in my visible GCash transaction history, which makes the situation more worrying for me as a customer. I contacted GCash Help Center about this issue. They informed me that my GCash account had been linked to this merchant and, for that reason, they treat the payment as authorized and valid. They unlinked my GCash account from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED to prevent further deductions and explained that the funds have already been collected by the merchant, so they cannot reverse the transaction on their side. They advised me to request a refund directly from the merchant using the transaction details. I am requesting a full refund of the ₱699.00 that was deducted from my GCash account and the permanent cancellation of any subscription, link, or automatic payment related to my number and account. I also ask for a clear explanation of how my GCash became linked to your service without my clear knowledge or consent. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and my money to be returned as soon as possible.
