Requesting For A Refund

I am writing to report an unauthorized deduction of ₱699 from my GCash account made by “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” even though I have never linked my account to them or knowingly used any of their services. On October 8, 2026, at around 12:02 a.m. (Baguio City, Philippines time), ₱699 was taken from my GCash account under the reference number 557910697. My GCash account is under the name Mitchelle R*** and is registered to the mobile number 0927‑625‑4***. At the time of the transaction I was asleep, and I only discovered the deduction when I woke up and tried to send money to my family, then saw this unknown transaction in my GCash transaction history. I was using an Android phone, but I was not on any app or website making a payment at that time. I have no idea what this charge is for, I did not authorize any payment to this merchant, and I do not recognize any subscription, game, or website related to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited. I checked my history and there are no other similar unexpected deductions, so this ₱699 charge clearly stands out as unauthorized. I contacted GCash support about this issue, and they informed me that I should reach out directly to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited to resolve the matter and request a refund. Since I have never given consent for this transaction and was not actively making any payment at the time, I consider this deduction unauthorized. I kindly request a full refund of the ₱699 that was taken from my GCash account and that my details or payment method be permanently blocked from any future charges by Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited. I also request a clear explanation of how my account was charged without my permission. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for the unauthorized amount to be returned promptly to my GCash account.
