Unauthorized Payment to Hong Kong VCrea

I am a GCash user and on October 14, 2026 at around 11:05 AM I received an SMS that a payment of P699.00 to “Hong Kong VCrea” was successfully processed from my GCash wallet. I did not intend to make any purchase or payment to this merchant. Before this happened, my child had borrowed and used my phone, and I was not aware of what they were doing with it. I only found out about the transaction when I saw the GCash SMS confirming the P699.00 payment. As a result of this charge, my GCash balance is now down to only P699, which is the same amount that was deducted. I have not yet contacted GCash customer service about this issue and I am reaching out through this complaint to request your help. I kindly ask that you investigate this transaction to “Hong Kong VCrea” and process a refund of the P699.00 to my GCash wallet, as I did not knowingly authorize or intend this payment. I also request that you secure my account against similar transactions in the future. I am ready to provide the SMS notification and any other information you may need so that you can review and resolve this matter.
