Good day, Starread Techno Team. I am writing to request a full refund for a payment I made by accident and for a service that I have not used. On October 26, 2026, I was charged 699 pesos via GCash, and the payment was not intentional. The accidental payment was made under my phone number 090579549**, and the GCash transaction number is AD2114734254064476160. I have not used any part of the service after this payment. I kindly request that you process a full refund of 699 pesos back to my original payment method via GCash and inform me once the refund has been completed. Thank you for your assistance.
