Refund My Payment

I am filing a formal complaint against Starread Technology Limited and Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited regarding an unauthorized subscription transaction made through my GCash account. On October 17, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was charged to my GCash under the name “Starread Techno” (Starread Technology Limited) with reference number 286508155. This payment was processed as a subscription, but I did not initiate, authorize, or consent to this transaction in any way. I only discovered this charge today, October 17, 2026, when I checked my GCash transaction history and was shocked to see a payment I never approved. I am using GCash from Davao City, Philippines, and my GCash-registered name is John M*** T***. I have not used any service from Starread Technology Limited or Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited that would justify this charge, nor have I agreed to any subscription with them. I request a full refund of the unauthorized ₱699.00 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created under my GCash details without my consent. I also ask for an investigation into how my account was charged without my authorization and that any future unauthorized access or billing attempts be blocked. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and written confirmation once the refund has been processed and any unauthorized subscription has been cancelled.
