I Want A Refund For These Two Transactions

I am filing a complaint against Starread Technology Limited and Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited regarding two unauthorized transactions made through my GCash account. On October 2, 2026, there were two payments of ₱699.00 each that I did not make or authorize. The first was for ₱699.00 to “Starread Techno” (Starread Technology Limited) with reference number 440910775, and the second was for ₱699.00 to “HONG KONG VCREA” (Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited) with reference number 441309698. The total unauthorized amount is ₱1,398.00. I only noticed these transactions today while checking my GCash account activity. I did not knowingly subscribe to, purchase from, or give any consent for payments to these merchants, and I have no prior relationship with them. These charges appeared without my knowledge, and I consider them completely unauthorized. I request that both merchants immediately process a full refund of the total amount of ₱1,398.00 and provide an explanation of how these charges were made to my GCash account without my authorization.
