On April 9, 2026, at around 6:35 PM, a charge of 2,989.98 pesos was taken from my GCash card for a payment to [FAMRADAR] with reference number 8000004606249. I did not clearly consent to this payment. I was expecting a free trial before any charge, and I did not knowingly approve this paid subscription. After noticing the transaction, I contacted GCash support, but I have not received any response yet. I consider this charge unauthorized because I believed I was signing up for a free trial and was not properly informed that I would be billed 2,989.98 pesos. I urgently and clearly request that my famradar.io subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of 2,989.98 pesos be refunded to my GCash card. I also ask that no further charges be made to my card in the future.
