GCash Unauthorized ₱699 Charge From Hong Kong VCREA

I have been a GCash user since 2023 and I am requesting a full refund for an unauthorized transaction that occurred on my GCash wallet. On October 3, 2026 at around 3:15 am, ₱699 was suddenly deducted from my GCash wallet for a transaction labeled “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / HONG KONG VCREA” without my knowledge or authorization. I have never registered with, linked, subscribed to, or knowingly used any service, app, or platform under this name, and I did not approve this payment in any way. I immediately contacted GCash support to report this as an unauthorized deduction and to request a refund. However, I was told that they cannot refund the amount and that only the “HONG KONG VCREA” application supposedly linked to my account could do so, which leaves me without any practical solution even though the transaction passed through GCash. I urgently need my money back and I am clearly stating that I am demanding a full refund of this unauthorized deduction. I am asking GCash to treat this as an unauthorized and fraudulent transaction, to investigate how this app was able to charge my account without my consent, and to refund the full amount of ₱699 back to my GCash wallet as soon as possible. I also request that any link or access that “HONG KONG VCREA / HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” may have to my GCash account be permanently removed and that I be informed of the findings of your investigation so I can be assured my account is secure.
