GCash Deducted ₱699 Without My Authorization for a VCreation Transaction

Today an amount of 699 PHP was automatically deducted from my GCash account for a transaction labeled “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I did not subscribe to any service or authorize this payment in any way. I request that this unauthorized 699 PHP transaction be fully refunded to my GCash account and that my account be protected from any further deductions from this merchant. I also request that the transaction and the related merchant be investigated, as I am concerned about the security of my account.
