I Transferred USDT via TRX to Gate.io from Binance TR But Funds Still Haven’t Arrived

I transferred USDT from my Binance TR account to my Gate.io TR account using the TRX (TRC20) network, and it's been over 10 hours—but my funds are still missing. Binance shows the transaction as fully confirmed and completed. I’ve checked the TXID, and everything appears correct. I swear there’s no mistake on my end.

Yet on Gate.io’s side, there’s absolutely nothing. No deposit, no notification, no pending status—just silence. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I initiated the transfer to make a timely purchase on Gate.io, and now my opportunity is gone because the funds haven’t arrived.

I demand that Gate.io immediately investigate and credit the USDT to my account. This kind of delay without any transparency or support is unacceptable—especially for a platform trusted by traders to move funds quickly. Please fix this issue without further delay. I expect my money to be available as soon as possible.
