I Sent TIA from Gate.io to Binance TR Without Memo and Gate.io Won’t Refund Me

I transferred TIA coins from my Gate.io account to Binance TR but mistakenly forgot to include the required memo code. I immediately contacted Binance TR about the issue, and thankfully, they reviewed the case and approved a refund on their end.
I then submitted all necessary TXID and transaction details to Gate.io support, expecting them to return the funds since Binance TR had already agreed. But Gate.io is refusing to process the refund unless I provide an email confirmation from Binance TR—something Binance TR has clearly stated they do not provide, as it's not part of their process.
Now my funds are stuck between two exchanges, and I’m left in limbo. I’ve done everything right on my end and provided all proof. The messages confirming everything are right there in the support threads.
Gate.io, this is your responsibility now. I demand you release my funds immediately and stop hiding behind impossible requests. Your customer shouldn’t suffer due to poor coordination between platforms.
