Missing FET Coin Refund from Gate.io After Binance TR Transaction

I sent FET coins from Gate.io to Binance TR but mistakenly included an incomplete memo. Binance TR returned the FET coins to Gate.io, as confirmed with the refund transaction ID: FE26987E87615A6B080B0268A5E164036236121EC0B962F625ACA1D9452CEF1D.

However, Gate.io has not credited the refund back to my account. I’ve reached out to Gate.io customer support multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. I have all the necessary documents and screenshots to verify the issue.

I request Gate.io to urgently process the refund and credit the FET coins to my account without further delays. Ignoring this issue is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.
