I transferred one of my suspended coins from Gate.io to Binance TR using the TRC20 (Tron) network. I thought I could later convert it into BNB on Binance TR via the BSC network, but the transaction did not work as expected. Instead, my coin ended up in a different wallet address.
I contacted the Binance TR support team and asked them to transfer my coin back to Gate.io. They told me that they had already sent it, but it has been more than 15 days, and the transfer has still not appeared in my Gate.io account.
Unfortunately, I am unable to get proper help from Gate.io customer service, as the support process is in English and I cannot fully understand it.
