I Report Gate.io For WLD5S Token Balance Error Causing Loss of 323,000 Tokens
On the Gate.io mobile app, I experienced a serious issue with my WLD5S tokens twice. Today, after an update, my balance of 323,000.00 WLD5S tokens automatically dropped to just 323 tokens. Because of this, I was unable to benefit from the price increase, and my potential profit was drastically reduced. My app was fully updated, and I carried out all transactions only through my mobile phone. As a result of this error, I was left with no WLD5S tokens at all and was forced to sell everything based on my reduced balance. This is not the first time I have faced such a problem with Gate.io. I expect the exchange to restore my original token balance of 323,000 WLD5S and to take proper measures to ensure that such issues do not happen again in the future.
