I Face Missing $65 EPX Balance After Delisting on Gate.io Exchange

On September 11, 2025, my EPX coin was delisted on the Gate.io exchange. I had approximately $65 worth of EPX in my account at the time. After the delisting, I expected this amount to be automatically converted or transferred to my USD balance, but no transfer took place, and my EPX balance was completely reset to zero.

I have not yet contacted customer support regarding this issue. My account’s registered email address is **@hotmail.com.

I request that my $65 EPX balance be credited to my account in USD as soon as possible. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved urgently.
