I Sent Delisted DLC Coin from Bybit to Gate.io and Funds Still Haven’t Arrived

On 23 May 2025 I transferred my entire balance of DLC—the coin Bybit had just delisted—from my Bybit wallet to my personal Gate.io account. Bybit immediately emailed me a “Deposit Completed” confirmation, so on their side the transaction is closed. Yet hours turned into days and my Gate.io wallet still shows a zero DLC balance. I have refreshed the deposit history, double-checked the contract address, and even verified the transaction hash on-chain. Everything points to a successful transfer—except the coins are nowhere to be found on Gate.io.

This limbo is unacceptable. I followed every listed instruction, chose the correct network, and paid the required fees. Now my assets are effectively frozen, and neither exchange seems willing to take ownership of the problem. Gate.io support, I need you to trace this deposit immediately, credit my account in full, or explain exactly why the funds are being held. Crypto users deserve timely, transparent resolutions—not radio silence—especially when their money is on the line. Please fix this now and restore confidence in your platform.
