I Report Missing 1,200,000 Hip Coins on My Gate.io Account Without Any Notice

On August 5, 2025, when I logged into my Gate.io account (username: cl*), I noticed that my balance of 1,200,000 Hip Coins had suddenly dropped to zero. I had purchased these coins about a year ago with an investment of around ₺120,000, and until now they were always visible in my account.

What shocked me most is that I did not receive any prior notification from Gate.io. Neither my registered email (o*@gmail.com**) nor my phone received any warning about a delisting, suspension, or removal of Hip Coin from the platform. I was not given a chance to withdraw or transfer my assets before they disappeared from my balance.

This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional distress. As an investor, I should have been clearly informed of any delisting decision or changes affecting my holdings. The complete absence of communication from Gate.io is unacceptable.

I demand that Gate.io immediately provide a detailed explanation of why my Hip Coins were removed without notice. If the coin was officially delisted, I expect either:

A full refund of my ₺120,000 investment, or

A transfer option to another exchange where Hip Coin is still traded.

I request that my missing Hip Coin balance be restored or compensated without delay, and that Gate.io implement more transparent communication practices to prevent other users from experiencing the same problem.
