I Face Login Issues on My 6-Year Gate.io Account and Can’t Access My Coins
I’ve been a Gate.io user for over six years, and now I suddenly can’t access my account at all. When I enter my email and password, the system responds with “No such user exists.” This makes no sense because I’ve been using the same login credentials for years without issue.
In the older version of the platform, there was a Turkish language option, but now that’s gone too. I can’t navigate properly, and most importantly, I can no longer see my coins or reach any part of my account. I’m locked out of the account where I’ve stored assets for years, and this situation is completely unacceptable.
Gate.io, I’m asking for urgent support to recover my account. I need access to my funds, and I demand a proper explanation as to why my user data suddenly seems to have vanished. Please investigate this issue, help restore my access, and ensure that long-term users like myself are not left without recourse. I expect immediate action.
