I Cannot Access My Gate.io Account as Verification Codes Are Not Delivered

Today, when I tried to log into my Gate.io account, I was unable to receive the verification codes required for access. Neither SMS nor email verification codes are being delivered to me, which means I am completely locked out of my account. This is an extremely urgent issue because I currently have around ₺350,000 worth of crypto assets stored in my account.

I attempted to contact Gate.io customer service several times, but I have not been able to reach anyone through any official support channel. My account does not have two-factor authentication or any additional security settings enabled, and I have never experienced a problem like this before. My Gate.io username is B a**.

I urgently request that Gate.io restore my account access immediately and provide an explanation as to why verification codes are not being sent.
