Gate.io Account Locked & Support Unhelpful After Losing Authenticator

I accidentally deleted my Google Authenticator application from my phone one year ago, and since then, I can't access my profile. Gate.io support isn't really helping. They only replied that I should follow the official procedure on their website, which I did, but unfortunately, that did not work. Binance managed to resolve the problem one year ago. Why is Gate.io support so slow and bad? What could I do in this case, because I really need to regain access to my profile.
