Gate.io Won’t Reset My Google Authenticator And I Can’t Withdraw My Funds
My Gate.io account (UID: 13413839) is currently inaccessible because I accidentally deleted the Google Authenticator app linked to it. Since then, I have submitted multiple requests to disable or reset the Authenticator, but my requests have not been processed. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds or use my account properly.
This situation has left me extremely frustrated. Losing access to an authenticator is a common issue that exchanges should handle quickly through proper identity verification, yet Gate.io has provided no effective solution. I am not asking for anything unreasonable—just that the Google Authenticator be reset and disabled so I can regain access to my funds.
I expect Gate.io to take immediate action, verify my identity, and allow me to securely restore access to my account. Keeping my funds locked due to an unresolved 2FA reset request is unacceptable.
