Gate.io Made Google Authenticator Reset Impossible After I Changed My Phone

I am currently experiencing persistent problems with Google Authenticator on the Gate.io exchange after losing my authentication details because of a phone change. Resetting it has proven to be quite complicated and not easy at all. Every time I contact them, I'm requested to submit various documents or details, which makes the entire process more complex and frustrating. I feel stuck, lacking clear direction on what steps are necessary to resolve. Gate.io, it would be great if you could simplify this process and offer clear, consistent instructions. Regaining access to my account after changing devices should not be this difficult. I look forward to a faster and more intuitive resolution to this matter.
