I Mistakenly Sent USDT to Gate.io and It’s on Hold—Need Help Getting It Back

I urgently need help regarding a serious issue with Gate.io. While trying to transfer funds to my Binance TR account, I mistakenly sent USDT to the wrong address, and now the funds are stuck on Gate.io. The transaction is showing as “on hold” and I have no idea how to retrieve my money. I did not mean to deposit the funds into Gate.io, and now I’m completely lost as to what steps I need to take to reverse this. I’m asking Gate.io support to assist me as soon as possible.
