I have been struggling to disable Google Authenticator on my Gate Exchange account for more than a week now, and it feels like I'm hitting a dead end. Despite providing all the necessary documents, they continue to request additional items, which can be quite frustrating. Despite providing ample evidence of my identity, such as my ID and pictures, I am still unable to gain access to my account. I've completed all the requested tasks, and it's quite concerning that this problem still hasn't been resolved. It seems as though I'm trapped in a never-ending cycle where nobody is truly assisting me. I simply wish to regain access to my account by disabling Google Authenticator.
