I Cannot Log Into Gate.io Authenticator and ID Verification Issues

I am absolutely infuriated with Gate.io! I'm completely locked out of my account because I cannot get past the Google Authenticator. Every time I try to use the "Forgot Password" option and enter the Authenticator code I receive, it keeps telling me the code is invalid. This is beyond frustrating!

To make matters worse, when I try to remove Google Authenticator by uploading my photos and information for verification, the system constantly rejects them, saying "Image not approved." I've tried multiple times, carefully following all the instructions, but nothing works. I'm stuck in an endless loop, completely unable to access my account or my funds. This is a severe security flaw and a major headache.

Gate.io, you need to fix this immediately. I demand that you resolve these Authenticator and identity verification issues so I can log back into my account. This is a critical problem that is preventing me from managing my investments. Provide a clear and functional way to regain access, whether it's through live support or a reliable system fix. Your current process is broken, and I expect an immediate resolution to this unacceptable lockout!
