I recently attempted to withdraw assets from my MEXC account to my Gate.io wallet, but I mistakenly selected the wrong network during the transfer. I sent the funds via BNB Smart Chain (BSC) on MEXC, while my Gate.io wallet was set to receive through the Ethereum network.
On MEXC’s end, the transaction shows as completed and the funds have been deducted from my balance. However, the crypto never arrived in my Gate.io account. I opened a support ticket on MEXC, and they told me to contact the receiving exchange—Gate.io. The problem is, I’ve been trying to open a support ticket with Gate.io, but the system won’t let me file one properly, and I’ve received no assistance at all.
I’m stuck between two platforms, and my funds are lost in between. I need Gate.io to provide proper customer support and help recover the assets sent to the wrong network. This isn’t a small amount, and I expect a serious response.
Please help resolve this issue urgently. I’m asking Gate.io to assist in locating or recovering the funds or at least give a clear answer on what steps I can take next. I followed the process in good faith and now feel completely abandoned.
