On April 14, 2025, at 11:09 AM, I transferred 55.98 USDT from my Gate.io account to my Binance TR account using the TRC20 network. It’s now been over a week, and the funds have still not reached my Binance TR wallet.

I’ve double-checked everything—the wallet address, the network, and the transaction confirmation on Gate.io. Everything was entered correctly and the transaction was marked as completed. Yet my Binance TR balance hasn’t been updated, and the funds have not appeared anywhere on their end.

I’m now caught between two platforms with no resolution in sight. I expect Gate.io and Binance TR to take responsibility and investigate this matter urgently. This is not a small amount of money, and I need it recovered or credited to my account immediately.

Please provide a prompt response and a clear update on where the USDT is and when I can expect it to reflect in my Binance TR wallet. Users deserve reliability and proper support—especially when real funds are involved.
