Gate.io Keeps Sending Verification Codes to an Inaccessible Email

I forgot the password for the old email address linked to my Gate.io account, and since that email account is now blocked, I can no longer access it. Despite this, verification codes for deposits and withdrawals are still being sent to that old email address. Because I have been unable to complete email verification for about a year, I cannot carry out any deposit or withdrawal transactions on my account.

My account username is “br.”** I am requesting that the old email address, which I can no longer access at all, be completely deactivated and removed from my account, and that my new, actively used email address (@gmail.com)** be registered to my account instead. I also want all verification and security processes to be carried out through this new email address.

I am asking Gate.io to urgently complete this email address change, resolve this long-standing access issue, and restore my ability to access my account and perform transactions as soon as possible.
