I transferred 15,541.651 TRX from Binance to Gate.io TR. The transaction was confirmed on Binance, but on Gate.io TR, it has been stuck in "review" status for over 2.5 hours without being credited to my spot account. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially for a platform that claims to process transactions efficiently. My customer ID is 197978*, and my transaction status (148803**) has shown 20/20 block confirmations, yet I still can’t access my funds. Gate.io TR, this needs to be resolved immediately—why is my deposit still under review? Either credit my TRX now or explain why it’s being delayed. I expect a prompt response and resolution.
