Gateio Deducted UNI5S Tokens Without Explanation – Requesting Refund

I am the account holder with ID 155386** on Gateio. Yesterday, I purchased 368,378.85 UNI5S tokens, but today I discovered that only 368 UNI5S remain in my account. A total of 368,010 tokens were removed by Gateio without any explanation.

This issue arose after a technical outage last night, during which trading was disabled. Upon resuming operations, I found this significant discrepancy in my account. At the current rate of 1.47747 USDT per UNI5S, the missing tokens amount to a total loss of 544,267.44 USDT.

I demand an immediate investigation into my account and a full refund of the missing funds. Gateio must address this issue promptly and restore my trust in their platform.
