Gate.io App Crashes Upon Login, Unable to Access Account

I’ve been experiencing an issue with the Gate.io app for the past three days. Whenever I try to log in, the app immediately crashes and kicks me out. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I'm unable to access my account at all. I urgently need assistance to resolve this problem as I need to manage my transactions. Any help or guidance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
