I Can’t Open the Gate.io App on My Phone—It Crashes and Returns to Home Screen


I’m unable to access the Gate.io app on my phone at all. When I tap the app icon, it briefly tries to open but immediately crashes and sends me back to the home screen. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue still persists—nothing has changed.
There’s no phone number or live support to contact directly, which makes this even more frustrating. I have funds in my account and need access, but I’m completely locked out. How am I supposed to manage my assets when the app doesn’t even launch?
Gate.io, please address this issue urgently. I need a working solution, not silence. If this is a technical glitch, release a fix immediately and provide real support to users dealing with this problem.
