I currently hold 3L and 5L leveraged coins in my Gate.io portfolio. When the market dropped, my balance decreased significantly, which is expected. However, even after the market rebounded, my balance did not increase, and my funds remain stuck at a lower value.
This is completely unacceptable. I have been monitoring my account, and despite price movements, my balance remains frozen. I demand an immediate fix and for my account to reflect the accurate value of my holdings.
Additionally, Gate.io displays a “maintenance” message, but there seems to be no real progress. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter further. Gate.io must restore my funds and correct this issue now!
