I purchased approximately 230,000 SHIB5L/USDT coins on Gate.io in multiple transactions through the Spot market. Today, when I checked my account, the coin price had increased by 10,000%, but my total coin quantity had dropped to just 2,000 coins.
The coins remained untouched until the price increase, and now my total holdings have been drastically reduced without any explanation. This is highly unfair and unacceptable. I demand an immediate correction and restoration of the full quantity of coins I purchased. Gate.io must explain why this happened and ensure users are not impacted by such misleading practices.
