Can't Sell or Buy Coins on Gate.io App After Update – My Investment is Stuck

I’ve been using the Gate.io app for a while, but after a recent update, I can’t sell or buy the coins I previously purchased. My investment is completely stuck, and I have no way to access it. There’s no one to reach out to for help, and the customer support seems nonexistent. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing works. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I feel like I’ve been abandoned by Gate.io. They need to address this issue immediately and fix the app so I can access my funds. I expect a prompt solution before this becomes a bigger problem.
