Garnier Express Aclara Caused Burning and Breakouts on My Skin

I bought the Garnier Express Aclara product for skin with acne tendency and started using it on Thursday. After applying it as indicated, by Friday morning I already had a strong burning sensation and a breakout on my face, neck and décolleté, which I had not had before using this product. Because of this reaction, I immediately discontinued its use. This situation has caused me significant discomfort and concern, as I trusted the product would be suitable for my skin type according to what is indicated on the packaging. I had not previously experienced this kind of reaction before applying Garnier Express Aclara. I kindly request a refund for this product and a clear response from Garnier regarding this reaction, including whether this type of effect is known or has been reported and what precautions should be taken. I would like the situation to be reviewed and taken into account so that similar problems can be prevented for other consumers.
