Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, my Free Fire account (UID: 3881507990) was stolen, and after recovering it through Facebook, I discovered it had been banned due to actions taken by the unauthorized user. I have been playing legitimately since 2021, never used any cheats, and have made regular purchases to support my account. I believe the ban resulted from the hacker’s actions, not mine, and I can provide supporting records if needed.
